Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of the deposit paid will be lost.
It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice so please be mindful of this.
If you need to cancel, please give us a call on 01234 910050.
Please don’t text, email, or put a message on social media as this will not be accepted as an official cancellation.
Deposits
The deposit amounts are determined on appointment size & overall cost. The cost of your service or treatment will be charged if you:
missed your last appointment with us.
are a new client.
are booking for an appointment lasting 3+ hours, such as a colour services or a smoothing treatment, etc.
The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
A text reminder will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment to ensure that cancellation is avoided.
We understand that on occasions and particularly with the current situation that testing positive for COVID-19, showing symptoms or being asked to isolate may occur within a shorter period of time. We do however respectfully request that you still give us as much notice as possible in order for us to fill this appointment. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours refund or transfer of deposit can only be considered by senior management. Therefore, your patience is appreciated.
No shows
In case of a non-arrival, we will ask for the full amount of the service loss that we have suffered as a result of the no-show. Any future appointments will also be automatically cancelled. All future appointments will require a deposit when booking.
Keeping to time
If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment. Please inform us if you are running late as soon as possible.
